Terms & Conditions
Invoicing
• All invoices are to be paid within 7 days
​
• All Materials remain the property of Zac Thompson Electrical Pty Ltd until invoice is paid in full
​
• Invoices that exceed 14 days will incur an automated $50 late payment fee, and an additional $25 late payment fee every 7 days there after
• Power may be disconnected in some situations if invoice and late payment fees are not paid in full after 28 days
• After 42 days if the invoice and late payment fees are not paid in full a debt collection company will be contacted and your details passed on so they can make contact with you, all associated cost involved in the debt recovery proccess will be passed onto yourself and you will be liable for these additional costs
• If invoice is not able to be paid in full a payment plan can be arranged on a case by case basis, This needs to be arranged before late payment fees are added
Quotes
• Quotes are non-negotiable once accepted and are to be paid in accordance with the payment arrangement discussed or the payment arrangement outlined in the quote
• Quotes must be accepted before the expiry date
• Although a job is quoted there are some things that may be required for compliance that can only be determined upon completion of the job and may require additional works and costs, refer to switchboard T & C's for more info

Scheduling
• Jobs will only be scheduled once a Job Request has been submitted and you have been contacted by us to confirm this request was received and scheduled
• If you Require a Quote for your job, the job itself will not be scheduled until the site inspection has been completed, the quote has been sent and only once the quote has been Accepted will the job be scheduled
Switchboards
• Upon completion of a switchboard upgrade there is a possibility that some of the newly installed RCBO's can trip out due to pre-existing installation faults that were previously not detected by the old protection devices

• In these situations fault finding will be required to resolve this issue, Materials and Labour for this additional work will be invoiced at the standard rates
Materials
• We do not warrant customer supplied materials unless it has been agreed prior to job commencement
• The materials we supply are trusted and are of high quality and we/or the manufacturer will replace these products if a failure/fault does occur during the manufacturers accepted warranty period or if we were at fault during the instalation process
Travel
• Travel fees are generally charged for jobs requiring travel beyond Lemon Tree Passage roundabout.

• These fees are usually conveyed during initial discussions of the job but not always
​
• These fees will vary dependant on location and are charged at a 1:1 ratio of time to hourly rate (30min travel charge would be a 50% charge on 1 hour of our hourly rate)
Cancellation
• If jobs are cancelled without rescheduling within 24hrs of the jobs commencement time a $150 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is to cover lost time on wages.

• If a job is cancelled during an after hours callout and a worker is already enroute a $100 fee will apply. If the job is cancelled prior to the worker being enroute no fee will be charged.
Debt Recovery
• In the event that debt recovery services are engaged, any and all costs involved with the recovery of this debt inclusive of any court costs/fees will be consumed by yourself and will in no way, shape or form be deducted from the debt amount.

• These costs can be paid either directly to the courts, the debt collection company or paid directly to us where we will distribute the funds to the required parties.
General
• These terms & Conditions may change without notice and it is recomended you check these terms before the commencment of works.

• All Materials remain the property of Zac Thompson Electrical Pty Ltd until invoice is paid in full.

• In the extreme circumstances that invoices are not being paid and we hold the right to access the property to retrieve these materials in an attempt to reclaim costs.
​
